Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is hiring an Adobe Commerce Developer in India to build, customize, and maintain e‑commerce platforms integrated with AEM and in‑house applications using ETL tools. You will collaborate closely with design and development teams to deliver scalable, user‑friendly solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in back‑end development with PHP/MySQL, API integrations, and PIM ETL workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in PHP and MySQL backend development.
• Experience with API integrations and third‑party services.
• Experience with PIM integrations using ETL tools.
• Experience with headless integrations preferrably AEM.
• Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Commerce Developer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Adobe Commerce solutions including modules, themes, and extensions.
• Integrate content management based websites (preferably AEM) with Commerce platforms.
• Implement API integrations with third‑party services (payment gateways, shipping providers).
• Ingest product data via PIM ETL integrations.
• Implement login via SSO and manage sessions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and provide ongoing support.

Job Description:As an Adobe Commerce Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce solutions using Adobe Commerce integrated with other applications build on AEM, Inhouse applications, ETL tools etc… You will work closely with our design and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Adobe Commerce console as per business needs, including custom modules, themes, and extensions
• Develop and customize integration with content management based (preferably AEM) websites, including custom modules, themes, and extensions.
• Experience on Implementing API integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways and shipping providers.
• Experience on Implementing API integrations with third-party tools like PIM to ingest product and related data
• Experience on Implementing API integrations with third-party tools like PIM to ingest product and related data
• Experience on Implementing login functionality via integrating with SSO layer and session management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing maintenance and support.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our e-commerce solutions.
• Strong problem-solving.
• Experience working in a globally dispersed scrum team.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies.
