Overview
NEC is looking for a candidate for a 6 months internship. The candidate should be proactive and motivated with strong communication and marketing skills to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, maintaining accurate admissions records, assisting with social media marketing, and coordinating with teachers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Admissions Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions and prospective students.
- Follow up with potential students to guide them through the admissions process.
- Monitor and track the status of applications and ensure timely completion.
- Social Media Marketing
- Develop engaging content on social media platforms to promote NJLAs programs.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns to increase visibility and attract prospective students.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments.
- Cold Calling
- Conduct cold calls to prospective students to introduce NJLAs programs and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to encourage enrolment.
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about courses and admissions processes.
- Coordination with Teachers
- Liaise with teachers to ensure they have the necessary resources and information for classes.
- Assist in scheduling classes and communicating any changes or updates to students and staff.
- Facilitate communication between students and teachers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Proactive Engagement
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the admissions process and marketing efforts.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative for doing new things.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Any regular non tech grad with 60% qualification throughout academics.
