Job summary

Grid Solutions, a GE Vernova business, is hiring a Systems Engineer in India to plan, supervise, and coordinate all systems engineering tasks for large, multi‑country projects in the energy transition. You will work with Suppliers/Sub-Contractors to meet project objectives and ensure compliance with lifecycle processes.

The role requires 5+ years in Systems Engineering, strong requirements management and verification/validation skills, and travel as needed in a dynamic, multinational team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, IT or related field.
• +5 years of experience in Systems Engineering with hands‑on involvement in Requirements Management, Verification, and Validation.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS or RELATICS.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders.
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team environment.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Hands‑on experience in managing DBMS tools.
• Deployment of DBMS, tools and related applications for business (program management).

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth Requirements Analysis for administrative requirements to support project needs.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
