  • Anticipate needs and identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.
  • Gatekeeper and facilitator ensuring efficient flow of information and decision making.
  • Guard confidential information.
  • Use AI utilities for meeting recordings and translating into MD-ready content.
  • Coordinate India Leadership Team operating rhythm: meetings, reviews, town halls, off-sites.
  • Develop meeting agendas, inputs, action items, and follow-through.
  • Support global executive reviews, Board visits, leadership updates, and planning sessions.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and EAs across ANSR MedTech globally.
  • Coordinate interactions with executives, customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Represent the Office of the MD professionally and discretely.
  • Foster collaboration between India teams and global functions.
  • Develop executive briefing materials, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant – ANSR MedTech Global Capability Center India
Position Overview:

We are building a new (greenfield) ANSR MedTech Global Capability Center in India, Bangalore to support the rapid growth of our company through excellent business services, delivered in an optimized model. The Administrative Assistant will be reporting to the Managing Director and Country Head. This individual will play a critical role in enabling the effectiveness of the India leadership organization by managing executive operations, driving organizational cadence, coordinating strategic initiatives, and facilitating communication across global and regional stakeholders.

There are three primary objectives of the role:
  • Strategic Executive Support : calendar coordination, administrative tasks, various local events, and travel support.
  • Leadership Team Operations : Coordinate and support the India Leadership Team operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, off-sites, and planning sessions
  • Business Planning & Coordination: Support annual operating planning, organizational planning, leadership offsites, leadership communications, and employee engagement activities. Experience supporting a Managing Director, Country Head, General Manager, or C-suite executive.

This is a hands-on role, requiring an individual with highly organization and communication skills, along with negotiation and influencing skills required to arrange events, agendas and close on open items per deadlines.

The role will include engaging with an international executive team to arrange itineraries and agendas when visiting the GCC in India.

Description:

Applies extensive knowledge the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments require considerable organizational skills, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the India Leadership Team operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, business reviews, town halls, off-sites, and planning sessions.
  • Develop meeting agendas, collect inputs, track action items, and monitor follow-through.
  • Drive accountability across leadership team commitments and key business priorities.
  • Support preparation for global executive reviews, Board-level visits, leadership updates, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and their EAs, across ANSR MedTech globally.
  • Coordinate interactions with corporate executives, customers, external partners, and vendors.
  • Represent the Office of the Managing Director with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between India teams and global functions.
  • Support annual operating planning, organizational planning, leadership offsites, leadership communications, and employee engagement activities.
  • Develop executive briefing materials, presentations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate executive visits, customer meetings, leadership off-sites, and strategic events.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and executive briefing packages.
  • Manage expense reporting and administrative processes accurately and efficiently.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years general administrative experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.
Type of Experience Needed:
  • Experience working with distributed teams across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
