Job summary

Paushak Limited in Panelav- Site, Halol is seeking a Manager for the R&D - ADL group. The role focuses on leading analytical development, method validation, and technology transfer to QC, while managing instrumentations like GC, HPLC, UV, and FTIR.

Experience in the chemical industry with hazardous chemical handling is essential; qualification required is M.Sc. Organic Chemistry or PhD. You will mentor the ADL team and ensure GMP/IMS/RC compliance during audits.

Qualifications

• Lead analytical method development, validation, and technology transfer to QC.
• Handle analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, UV, and FTIR.
• Perform impurity identification, characterization, and data interpretation.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GMP, IMS, RC, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage ADL KPIs, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the ADL team.
• Support and participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method development, validation and tech transfer.
• Operate GC, HPLC, UV and FTIR instruments and troubleshoot.
• Identify and characterize impurities and interpret data.
• Ensure GMP/docs compliance and regulatory readiness.
• Drive ADL KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and lead the ADL team and audits support.
