We are looking for knowledgeable and skilled Desktop Support Engineers to assist the Senior Management Team with their IT problems. The work location is at the Aditya Birla Group Company in Worli, Mumbai. Mastery of the Apple Ecosystem is a must from an end-user support point of view.

Roles & Responsibilities For VIP Engineer

1. Basic JAMF Knowledge
2. MacOS, iOS, iPad – Apple Ecosystem
3. Windows & Android
4. Basic Knowledge of Intune
5. Basic Knowledge of Networking
6. Asset Inventory Management
7. Boardroom, Conference room – VC Management

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Onsite, 5 days a week.
