• Inventory Management (PM) for seamless operation of the plant
• Proactive planning and FG Inventory management to cater to changing market demand
• FLL – Factory Level Losses – As low as possible
• VDPT – Volume Damages Per Ton to be maintained as low as possible
• Variance Control and accountability of Packing Material and Finished Goods
• Supply and Demand management of Packing Material and Finished Goods
• Minimizing TAT
