Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 2+ years experience in asset management
2. 2+ years’ hands-on IT Support experience in a production environment
3. 2+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 or Windows 10
4. Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
5. Experience supporting one or more of: Mac OS X or Linux
6. Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
7. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users

3. Creating reports of assets in store and procurement
4. Windows/Mac/Linux OS deployment
5. Providing remote tech support
6. User hardware/software/peripheral support
7. LAN troubleshooting and support
8. Creating and maintaining documentation
