Job summary

Satven is seeking an Embedded Test/QA engineer to analyze requirements, develop test cases, and automate tests using CAPL and Python. You will support component HIL testing, raise issues in Jira, and participate in weekly project reviews while understanding low-level embedded system concepts.

The role focuses on automotive domain knowledge, CAPL/Python automation, and integration with CAN/LIN/Ethernet networks. Short notice candidates preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Skill set

CAPL, Python, CANoe, CANape, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, DoIP, SOME/IP, ADAS, UDS, Functional Safety,

Domain knowledge

1. Knowledge of XCP/ISO26262/ISO14229
2. Automotive domain experience
3. Knowledge if Ethernet/SOMEIP/CAN/LIN
4. Knowledge of UDS
5. Knowledge of ADAS
6. Strong expertise in Embedded System concept.

Job Description

Key Responsibility:

1. Analyzing the system/functional requirement which are in Specifications and getting the questions clarified if any
2. Develop the test cases for the requirements in Specifications
3. Automate the developed testcases using test libraries in CAPL/PYTHON
4. Support Component HIL Testing
5. Raise the identified failures in Jira and support the retesting the issue untill it is fixed
6. Participate in the weekly review meetings
7. Support the other project process activities
8. Should able to understand low level embedded system concept
