WillWare Technologies is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of financial planning solutions. The candidate will focus on budgeting, forecasting, modelling, reporting, and Adaptive Planning configuration.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling.
• Experience configuring planning sheets, dimensions, calculated accounts, formulas, and assumptions.
• Knowledge of financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Experience with data integration, data validation, and reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning solutions based on business requirements.
• Work closely with finance and FP&A teams to understand budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain planning models, sheets, dimensions, calculated accounts, formulas, and assumptions.
• Configure financial models for revenue, expenses, workforce planning, and operational planning.
• Create reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Perform variance analysis and support financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Integrate Adaptive Planning with Workday Financial Management, ERP systems, and other data sources.
• Support data loading, validation, reconciliation, and integration troubleshooting.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user training materials.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

• Experience configuring planning sheets, dimensions, calculated accounts, formulas, and assumptions.

• Knowledge of financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting.

• Experience with data integration, data validation, and reconciliation.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work with finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into system solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Financial Management or other ERP systems.

• Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, APIs, or ETL tools, where relevant to the role.

• Experience in end‑to‑end Adaptive Planning implementation.

• Exposure to workforce planning, headcount planning, and scenario modelling.

• Relevant Workday Adaptive Planning certification, if applicable.
