Responsibilities

• Implementation/support of Cyber Security requirement for IT & OT /IoT environment.
• Actively participate in Security design/controls discussion of security projects.
• Implement and support OT security: IDS / IPS/ Risk monitoring solutions.
• Suggest changes as and when needed for company OT/IoT Infrastructure security.
• Prepare documentation for company’s IT/OT/IoT Security projects.
• Maintain high levels of professional conduct, including cooperative engagement in tasks.
• Assist in the evaluation and testing of new technologies, as directed.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing security and governance operations at the site and discuss with business teams.
• Provide support for cyber security audit and assessment activities.
• Assist internal team in gaining and maintaining accreditation for relevant compliance frameworks.
• Assist BU teams for deployment of OT security controls like AV, WSUS, Backup restore, and secure remote access.
• Perform gap assessment of OT systems across different Business Units.
• Participate in FAT and SAT activities of new projects.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in OT/IoT/IIoT environment.
• Knowledge of IEC & NIST standards.
• Good presentation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Relevant industry security certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist, IoT/IIOT security certifications, and Network security certifications will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing IoT/IIoT projects.
• Detailed knowledge of IT/OT networking systems, vulnerabilities, and software.
• Working experience with IoT/IIoT devices.
• Knowledge of HES and MDMS in Smart meter solutions.
• Understanding of OT architecture and design principles.
• Liaise with other OT teams to design solutions for new infrastructure implementations.
• Hands-on experience in IT/OT security devices.
• Field experience in ICS and OT systems.
• Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of IT/OT vulnerabilities and remediation approaches.
• Advanced skills in gathering requirements and designing/implementing/supporting security solutions.
• Knowledge of ISO-27001 framework and security controls.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
