Job Title: Senior Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹30,220.91 per month

Location: Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

Minimum Requirements:

1. Good written and verbal communication in English
2. Good Technical Knowledge
3. Able to manage/influence customers

8. Second level support for all incidents
9. Minimum one relevant certification such as A+ / Comp-TIA or any equivalent certification within 6 months from the time resource is onboarded into the project
10. 3-4 Years of Experience
11. Skills Validation will be enabled at all skill levels for New Hires and assessment score will be shared with EXL Nominated SPOC on a quarterly basis up to 2 Quarters

Responsibilities:

1. Act as Senior Engineers
2. Contribute towards creation of knowledge base/site specific knowledge/SOPs
3. Develop working relationships with EXL stakeholders
4. Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware and OS
5. Configuration of devices attached to laptops (PDA)
6. Laptop IMAC
7. Application support – Desk side for business applications as per SOP provided by EXL
8. Responsible for all desktop controls across the enterprise (Encryption, AV, Patch, Software, Admin rights etc.)
9. Wipro Competency framework for skills assessment & Validation will be performed quarterly for all skill levels and assessment score will be shared with EXL Nominated SPOC.
