Overview: We are seeking a talented Actimize and ETL Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development, system customization, and implementation, with a keen understanding of compliance-related domains such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Trade Surveillance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to review and understand FSDs (Functional Specification Documents) and create TSDs (Technical Specification Documents) and LLDs (Low‑Level Design documents).
Perform development activities using ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, and Ab Initio, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Write and execute complex SQL queries and procedures to support application functionality.
Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and assist in SIT (System Integration Testing) while documenting test results.
Create and maintain release installation instructions, technical specifications, and other project‑related documentation.
Work closely with internal teams and client resources to facilitate seamless release migrations.
Engage with other technical and functional teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Hands‑on ETL development experience with tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio, and SSIS.
Kafka - Must , Python
Proficiency in Oracle or MS‑SQL Database environments.
Practical knowledge of scheduling tools, including Autosys, Control‑M, and SQL Server Scheduler.
Expertise in writing advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripting (Shell/Batch).
Familiarity with tools like JIRA and HP QC ALM is a strong plus.
Domain expertise in compliance areas such as Anti‑Money Laundering and Trade Surveillance is highly desirable.
Experience working within globally distributed teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality results covering both functional and non‑functional requirements.
