Job description

Purpose of the Role
Responsible for 100% customer service and maintenance of network elements in the designated area.

Role Description

• Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime.
• Attend to customer complaints in the field and provide quality resolutions within the TAT.
• Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor NMS through SMS and emails and take appropriate action based on the events.
• Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required.
• Avoid churn of customers through better service within the SLA or commitment.
• Responsible for process adherence.
• Provide structured feedback to management to offer permanent solutions to improve service levels.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 0.6 – 5 years of work experience.
2. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting networking and hardware.
3. Must be 12th/10th/ITI/Diploma/Engineering qualified.
4. 2-wheeler & driving license is a must.
5. Last 3 months salary proofs and CTC letter.
