Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP is hiring for an NRI Banking Field role across several locations in India. The incumbent will attract new customers for the bank in their assigned location and report to the regional NRI Field Leadership.

You will design and implement local customer acquisition strategies, build relationships with local B2B partners, collaborate with the Branch Network and NRI vertical to drive leads to conversion, and provide feedback on market trends.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in NRI account acquisition.
• Graduation in Engineering/Technology/Commerce/Arts/Science/Management.
• Good communication and local market awareness.

Incumbent will work in a field role aligned to the NRI Banking Vertical and report to the regional NRI Field Leadership. Main goal is to attract new customers for the bank in your assigned location. Also work with various stakeholders in the location and the NR business vertical to design and implement local customer acquisition strategies that meet the business objectives.
