Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank in Bengaluru is seeking a Liabilities Sales professional to meet targets and acquire customers for liability products. You will work across channels including branch staff, referrals, and alternate means to generate leads and convert prospects into liabilities customers.

You will maintain a prospects database, manage relationships, and support cross-selling of secured loan products.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting liabilities targets through open market or existing customers.
• Ability to identify and acquire customers for liability products via multiple channels.
• Maintain prospects database and manage relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet the set targets on liabilities via open market acquisition and existing customer conversion.
• Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through leads, referrals, or alternate channels.
• Maintain the database of prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter.
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field to actively drive conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities.
• Cross-sell other secured loan products and pass quality leads to respective loan officers.
• Share customer insights/product feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilities.

  1. Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads
  2. Referrals generated from existing customers
  3. Alternate channels
• Maintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customer
• Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officers
