Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Consult clients in Capital Market, Investment Banking & Investment Management functions including below domains:
• Domain Areas (AI COE): Capital Market Consulting or BA Experience in AI led transformation.

  • Back Office / Post-Trade / Settlements / Reconciliations

  • Strong experience in AI‑led use cases within Investment Banking

Role Summary

Typical Consulting and Business Analyst responsibilities and experience include:

• Capital Market Consulting or Business Analyst Experience
• Sound understanding application of Artificial Intelligence/Agentic AI
• Assess ‘AS IS – TO BE’ and define Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Develop and manage Business Requirement Specification (BRS/BRD)
• Project Management and Change Management
• Client Management Onshore/Offshore
• Problem solving, Excellent communication, Requirement management, Agile Delivery, Business Case Development
• Strengthen offerings – development of collateral, methodology refinements, practices and trends tracking, create and support proposals incorporating Accenture value proposition

Senior Manager (Responsibilities)

• Run CoE‑aligned campaigns for new account growth and lead sales through offerings
• Must drive strategic direction and execution
• Build client and account team relationships to secure high‑impact deals
• Participate in client orals for new proposals, get Industry Lead feedback
• Support HC (hiring, retention), optimize utilization per global demand, engagement initiatives, actively mentor counselees
• In addition to above should have performed prior level responsibilities

Experience and Skills

• AI‑enabled operations / intelligent process transformation
• Prior experience of working on consulting projects is a must. An ideal candidate would have contributed to Transformation and Technology Improvement Programs for Investment Banking, Asset & Wealth management & corporate banking firms.
• Deep functional knowledge of operations, front and middle office, finance and risk functions.
• Experience in strategy, operations, process redesign, or business architecture in a Capital markets/financial services environment is highly desired.
• Deep knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of industry trends, challenges, business and technology imperatives etc.
• Manager and Senior Manager aspirant must have strong strategy and consulting experience in leading client discussion, RFI / RFP / RFQ and Leading client discussions.

Key Competencies and Skills

• Demonstrate proficiency in Digital, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Blockchain and Risk Management from the Investment Banking and Investment Management perspective
• Should have excellent communication, presentation and client interaction skills.
• Should have an analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and the ability to derive business sense of such information.
• Should be able to think logically and present ideas convincingly.
• Initiative in keeping abreast of changing industry practices, analysis and design methods, tools and techniques and emerging technologies.
• Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with number of stakeholders and senior professionals.
