Job summary

Accenture is seeking Analyst/Consultant/Manager for Insurance to drive transformation projects for global clients across the insurance value chain, including distribution, underwriting and customer service. You will lead workstreams with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and technology acumen
• Expertise in insurance value chain spanning distribution, underwriting, policy, customer service
• Expertise in at least one of the LoBs (Life, P&C), and/ or sub-LOBs (worker’s comp, property, specialty, etc.)
• Good client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle
• Ability to produce high calibre reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators
• Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment

• Support asset development, contribute to thought leadership, staffing needs, and capacity building
