We are looking for a Network Engineer to work from our Bengaluru, India office and be part of a global team involved in cutting-edge real-time payment platforms used by global financial and e-Commerce corporations.

Our platform is enabled as a private/public cloud-based service to support multi-channel payments in a full DevOps Agile environment with a working CI/CD model.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Work in a team of professionals to support the infrastructure of our payments platforms in a high-availability, high-performance, high-scalability, high-security environment within an Agile DevOps setting.
• Take ownership of system uptime and scalability, creatively finding solutions to benefit our customers and product line.

Job Accountabilities:

• Install, maintain, repair, and monitor LAN physical infrastructure, including routers, switches, hubs, cabling, and associated OS software and hardware.
• Perform similar tasks for WAN environment components such as routers, CSU/DSUs, and telecommunications wiring.
• Provide Level I network support by troubleshooting and incident resolution, monitoring network performance, and making improvement recommendations.
• Develop and implement business processes and procedures.
• This is a permanent US hours position; candidates should be willing to work in rotational day and night shifts 24/7.
• Adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with network infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching with troubleshooting skills; CCNP level.
• Solid knowledge in configuring and managing F5 Load balancers.
• Good understanding of security tools like Cisco ASA and Palo Alto.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, e.g., Azure, for performance and scalability optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with global teams across major financial hubs.
