Job Summary:

The Service Engineer is a professional who provides valuable services to customers by conducting field visits. Responsibilities include installation, repair, and maintenance of various equipment to ensure proper functioning. Service Engineers help resolve technical issues and satisfy customer needs in a timely manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and resolving customer issues
• Updating and maintaining networks from CAT5 to CAT6
• Installing and troubleshooting all types of software and hardware
• Changing and assigning IP addresses
• Installing and configuring DHCP
• Integrating biometric systems
• Providing system service and assembly
• Routing and switching
• Installing IP-based CCTV cameras

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to study drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,500.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month

• Computer service: 1 year (Preferred)
