Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related analytical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, and data analysis.
• Experience with financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily and weekly invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile payments, research and resolve discrepancies, and ensure transactions are recorded in the correct period and GL accounts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end close activities and related reporting.
• Monitor Accounts Payable operations and ensure service requests are handled within established SLAs and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant accounting standards.
• Maintain strong customer service standards, providing timely and professional support to consultants, recruiters, and account managers.
• Train, coach, and develop offshore team members to ensure adherence to quality and performance expectations.
• Manage and support AR-related technology platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, ReQlog ic, and Concur.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
