Job summary

Unity Technologies in Bengaluru (Bangalore) is seeking an AP Analyst to join our revenue accounting operations team supporting publisher payouts. The role blends daily AP processing with reconciliations, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT and Legal, and a focus on timely, accurate payouts.

We value detail orientation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-5 years of End to End Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with Payment processing, Query management, month end close, reconciliations and audit requests.
• Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong people and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to connect with internal and external customers globally in writing and/or verbally.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level with the ability to manipulate and digest large amounts of data required

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and maintain the AP - publisher payouts general ledger and subledger on a monthly basis.
• Work cross functionally with Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure publisher payouts are processed timely and accurately
• Respond to inquiries and requests from publishers and internal departments for any AP related matters
• Supporting accounting month end close activities and support audit related requests related to Publishers payouts.
• Assist in system testing related to automation of processes and system enhancements
• Other responsibilities include but are not limited to special projects or ad hoc analyses as assigned

• The opportunity*
  

Unity Technologies is looking for an AP Analyst to be an integral part of our revenue accounting operations team supporting publisher payouts! The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The analyst will be responsible for, but not limited, to day to day operations supporting Accounts Payable related to publisher payouts, account reconciliations, system automations, and working cross functionally with various internal teams.

This is a hybrid role based in our Bangalore office. General working hours for this role will be 2pm-11pm IST during the weekdays.

• What you'll be doing*

• Experience in Software and Advertising industries
• Proactive and Eager to learn new things
• Experience partnering with and processing payments through payment service providers (e PayPal and Tipalti)
• Experience with Workday, Netsuite, Salesforce and Tipalti.
• Order-to-Cash business process management experience
  

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
