Job summary

SAI BABA POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (A Unit of Baba Group of Companies) in Ballari seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage month-end close, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and cash receipts. Responsibilities include treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, variance analysis, asset reconciliations, audit support, and maintaining tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Familiarity with FOCUS and accurate invoice and statutory bookings are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with the duties listed in the role.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Experience with bank payments and statutory bookings.
• Knowledge of FOCUS accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Accounts payable/receivable.
• Cash receipts and bank reconciliations.
• General ledger maintenance.
• Treasury, budgeting and cash forecasting.
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
• Capital assets reconciliations.
• Trust account statement reconciliations.
• Fixed asset and debt activity monitoring.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports.
• Assist in coordinating annual audits.
• Maintain fiscal files and records; GST, TDS & Income Tax knowledge.
• Invoice booking, bank payments & statutory bookings.
