We are looking for a hands‑on Finance & Accounts Head to build and run a finance function that is dependable, disciplined, and execution‑focused. This organization requires someone who can take ownership of the fundamentals that will keep the business well‑governed: accurate and timely books of accounts, disciplined cash flow management, timely vendor and statutory payments, rigorous compliance, clean reconciliations, and transparent monthly reporting. You will work directly with the Managing Director and lead a finance team, with the opportunity to progressively take on broader financial and operational leadership responsibilities as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA‑Inter / MBA (Finance)
• 10+ years’ experience in finance and accounts, including ownership of a finance function
• Strong accounting knowledge with expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, with disciplined attention to reconciliations, controls, and reporting accuracy
• Real estate or project‑based industry experience preferred
• Structured, detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, and process‑driven

Responsibilities

• Financial accounting — maintain accurate, up-to-date books of accounts and ensure disciplined, timely monthly closures
• Banking & cash flow management — oversee daily cash positions, monitor fund flows, and maintain rigorous banking and cash reconciliations
• Payments — manage vendor and operational payments within a structured and well‑documented approval framework
• Statutory compliance — take ownership of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other compliance calendars, ensuring zero delays or lapses
• Reconciliation — keeping customer ledgers (with CRM), vendor accounts, and bank accounts clean
