Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date books of accounts and ensure disciplined, timely monthly closures.
• Oversee daily cash positions and maintain rigorous banking and cash reconciliations.
• Manage vendor and operational payments within a structured and well-documented approval framework.
• Take ownership of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other compliance calendars.
• Keep customer ledgers, vendor accounts, and bank accounts clean.
• Provide the Managing Director with clear, accurate, and transparent monthly financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the accounts team while strengthening systems and controls.

We are looking for a hands‑on Finance & Accounts Head to build and run a finance function that is dependable, disciplined, and execution‑focused.
