A financial services company in Aurangabad is seeking an Accounts / Finance Officer. The role involves managing daily accounting, compliance with documentation, and financial reporting. Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts department.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, payments, receivables, and payables.
  • Assist in investment planning, fund management, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and reconciliation reports.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for financial activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of records and documentation.

Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
Hands-on experience in export documentation, cash flow, and investment handling
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
