Job summary

Reizend Private Limited in Trivandrum is seeking a hands-on accounts and compliance specialist to handle GST, TDS, payroll, banking, and financial documentation. The role supports management with financial analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a commerce background, strong skills in Tally and Excel, and willing to take ownership with structured, detail-oriented work habits. Freshers with 0–1 year experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Commerce background with strong academics; CA articleship is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally, Excel and GST is expected.
• Hands-on, execution focused with ownership and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.
• Support EPF, ESIC and LWF filings and payments.
• Pass Tally entries, vouch transactions and help with bank reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly salary processing and employee claims.
• Process payments and check bank balances under supervision.
• ROC/MCA filings and company secretarial work
• Internal audit and consolidation of accounts
• Financial projections and valuations
• Drafting agreements and startup registrations.

Brief Description

Location- Trivandrum Technopark

Work Mode - Work From Office

We are looking for a hands-on individual contributor to handle statutory compliance, accounts, payroll and banking for our organisation, and to support management with financial analysis and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.
• Support EPF, ESIC and LWF filings and payments.
• Pass Tally entries, vouch transactions and help with bank reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly salary processing and employee claims.
• Process payments and check bank balances under supervision.
• Help with SOFTEX/SERF and other monthly filings.
• Maintain compliance trackers, work checklists and shared drive folders.
• Prepare documents for signing, scanning and filing.
• ROC/MCA filings and company secretarial work
• Internal audit and consolidation of accounts
• Financial projections and valuations
• Drafting agreements and startup registrations.

Preferred Skills

• Candidates with Commerce Background with Strong Academics(, completed CA articleship are preferred).
• Candidate with Good knowledge of Tally, Excel and GST.
• Handson and execution focused- takes ownership and gets work done independently.
