Uni Profiles is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Coordination professional in Kolkata to manage accounting functions, tallying, and MIS reporting. You will act as the liaison between the Kolkata office, the Odisha manufacturing facility, vendors, logistics partners and customers, ensuring accurate, timely updates.

You'll maintain project trackers, document records and generate regular status reports. The role emphasizes ownership, fast learning, and the use of Excel/Google Sheets and AI

Qualifikationen

Role & responsibilities

• Accounting and Tally

• Act as the accounts coordination point between the Kolkata office, manufacturing facility in Odisha, vendors, logistics partners and customers.
• Maintain clear project-wise trackers covering order status, production status, pending actions, delivery timelines and customer commitments.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for each project/order.
• Prepare regular updates/reports on the status of projects and outstanding actions.
• Gradually take ownership of project coordination processes and help build more structured systems for managing the business.
• Use technology, spreadsheets, project-management tools, AI tools and automation wherever possible to improve tracking, communication and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Tally, Data Analysis, MIS, AI or a similar role.
• Freshers with exceptional organisational and communication skills may also be considered.
• CA preferred
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills someone who can keep multiple activities moving simultaneously.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility; comfortable taking a task from initiation through completion.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with factory teams, customers, vendors and senior management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools.
• Should be technology-oriented and open to using AI and automation tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME environment where processes are still being built.
• Should be comfortable communicating with people at different levels, including factory personnel and customers.
