Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to assist in daily accounting tasks and GST/TDS calculations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting tasks: maintain records and post to ledger.
• Invoicing and payments: generate invoices and track receivables.
• Financial reporting and documentation: support data accuracy and reporting.
• Taxation and compliance: assist with GST/TDS calculations and filings.
• Other duties: provide admin support and participate in process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day‑to‑Day Accounting Tasks:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
• Support in preparing journal entries and posting to the general ledger.

2. Invoicing and Payments:

• Help generate and process invoices.
• Track receivables and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

3. Financial Reporting and Documentation:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

4. Taxation and Compliance:

• Support the team in GST/TDS calculations and filing.

5. Other Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
