A technology solutions provider in Chennai seeks an experienced accountant to manage daily financial operations, including handling invoices using Zoho Books, reconciliation, and reporting. Candidates should have a B.Com or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Immediate joining is preferred.

Role & responsibilities
  • Work with Zoho Books for invoices, reconciliations, reporting, and e-invoicing.
  • Ensure data consistency between Zoho Books, CRM, and Inventory.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Preferred candidate profile
