Job summary

Analytix Corporate Solutions in Kerala is seeking a detail-oriented Audit Executive to support accounting, auditing, and taxation activities. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com or M.Com qualification and be pursuing CA Inter, with at least 1 year of experience in accounts and audit and a good working knowledge of Tally.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts and Audit.
• Hands-on experience in Tally is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal, external, and statutory audit assignments.
• Perform audit procedures, verify financial records, and identify discrepancies.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and trial balances.
• Work extensively on Tally for accounting and reporting activities.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit working papers.
• Support GCC VAT compliance, VAT calculations, returns, and related documentation.
• Verify invoices, expenses, receipts, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in compliance with applicable standards.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for required financial and audit information.
• Support senior auditors in completing audit assignments within deadlines.
