Drip Capital in Mumbai is seeking a technically sound accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting activities, banking coordination, reconciliations, and compliance support, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of financial transactions. Based in Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, with standard shift timings.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience, Semi-CA or MBA in Finance, and hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books and GST.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Zoho Books and MS Excel
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and banking operations

Responsabilités

• Coordinate international LCs, banking activities, FX rate booking and bank documentation.
• Verify GL accounts and pass journal entries for provisions, CN/DN, TDS, advances, reimbursements and balance write-offs.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for account reconciliation and follow-ups.
• Assist in GST compliance, statutory audits and tax audits.
• Understand FX gain/loss computation and mapping in Zoho Books.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support day-to-day finance operations.

Shift Timings: 10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international Letters of Credit (LCs), banking activities, FX rate booking, and bank documentation.
• Verify GL accounts and pass journal entries for provisions, CN/DN, TDS, advances, reimbursements, and balance write-offs.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for account reconciliation and follow-ups.
• Assist in monthly and annual GST compliance, statutory audits, and tax audits.
• Understand and manage FX gain/loss computation and mapping in Zoho Books.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support day-to-day finance operations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts, banking operations, GST, TDS, and foreign exchange.
