Job summary

Conduent Bengaluru is seeking a Procurement - Sourcing Associate IV with 4-8 years of experience to manage end-to-end indirect procurement for assigned categories. You will source suppliers, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and engage stakeholders to drive cost-optimization and supplier performance.

You will work with SAP, eSAP, Ariba and Excel to monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and deliver procurement efficiencies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
• 4-8 years in procurement or sourcing.
• Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Experience in indirect procurement and category management.
• Hands-on SAP, eSAP, Ariba experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
• Experience driving procurement compliance and process improvements.

Summary:

The primary role is to manage end-to-end Procurement and Strategic Sourcing activities for assigned categories. The role includes supplier sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract management, stakeholder engagement, procurement reporting, cost optimization initiatives, supplier performance management, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and controls.

• Participate in supplier reviews and business governance meetings.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across procurement functions.
