Mercor partners with a leading AI research lab to train frontier models in accounting, auditing, and tax. We hire Accounting Experts to evaluate model outputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to real-world professional standards.

You will compare responses, review reasoning, and provide actionable feedback to the research team. Role requires CPA or accounting degree, GAAP/IFRS fluency, and strong written communication.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional accounting, audit, or tax experience.
• CPA or degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Fluency in GAAP/IFRS and financial-statement analysis.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Compare two AI-generated responses and decide which one is better.
• Review input files and model reasoning to inform judgment.
• Explain why outputs outperform, citing standards and quality of reasoning.
• Provide written feedback to the research team.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions.
• Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week.
• Role starts immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
