Job summary

BTVK Advisory is seeking a qualified accounting and advisory professional to lead global client service teams in capital markets, SPAC transactions, and GAAP/IFRS reporting. The role requires CA/CPA/ACCA with 3–5 years post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in advisory and Big 4 exposure.

You will oversee consolidated financial reporting, policy drafting, and technical memoranda, while conducting trainings and managing performance across engagements.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA with 3–5 years post-qualification experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting.
• At least 2 years of advisory experience, preferably with a Big 4.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Ind-AS.
• Experience in financial statement preparation, consolidation, and technical accounting advisory on complex topics (e.g. business combinations, consolidation, debt/equity).
• GAAP conversions and adoption of new accounting standards.
• Drafting accounting policies and writing technical memorandums.
• Candidates can expect at least two-three rounds of technical interviews.

• 3–5 years of post–qualification experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting, with at least 2 years of advisory experience preferably with a Big 4

• Extensive experience in the following areas:
• Financial statement preparation and consolidation process
