Our client is a US MNC based out of Mumbai.

Job Title: Accounting Administrator-Senior

Function: Finance (RTR)

Reports to: Manager Accounting & Controls

Please note this is not a taxation-related role but is a function managing a process within record-to-report (RTR)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records related to duties and taxes in spreadsheets and accounting systems.
• Perform accounting reconciliations for duty/ tax accounts and internal ledgers.
• Assist in preparing duty/ tax-related reports and analysis of open items.
• Conduct basic analysis to validate duty/ tax computations and identify discrepancies.
• Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve duty/ tax-related queries and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for duty/tax transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Finance or Accounts Graduate (Bcom.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables,

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in duties in Finance functions within a corporate environment in roles related to handling finance process or in similar finance role. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
