Caterpillar is seeking an Accounting Associate (R2R) in Bangalore to support Global Finance Services RTR. The role focuses on record-to-report activities for multiple entities, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate reporting from the Bangalore COE in the GBS organization.

You will work with US/Europe/APAC entities, contributing to month-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis. The position requires CA or CMA/MBA Inter with relevant RTR experience and the ability to

Competenze

• Qualified CA with 3–5 years relevant RTR experience, or CA Inter/CMA/MBA Inter with 6–9 years RTR experience.
• Exposure to US GAAP/IFRS/IND AS relevant to loans, leases, financial instruments and borrowings.
• Experience using Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
