We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team and support our operations with accuracy and efficiency.## Key Responsibilities* Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.* Handle accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and collections.* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.* Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.* Oversee GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.* Support payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records.* Prepare and maintain MIS reports including revenue dashboards, expense tracking, project profitability, outstanding payments, and monthly financial summaries.* Coordinate with internal teams to track budgets, expenses, and project-wise financials.* Assist in audits and ensure all financial documents are maintained as per compliance standards.* Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial accuracy and efficiency.## Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/CA Inter is a plus.* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in an agency or service-based environment).* Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.* Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).* Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS formatting).* High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.## What We Offer* A dynamic and collaborative work culture.* Opportunities to grow within a rapidly scaling organisation.* Exposure to diverse brands and financial operations.(apply now)
