You will maintain financial integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage end-to-end processes. The role requires Inter CA with extensive Core Accounting experience, specifically in stock broking, and high proficiency in Tally and MS Excel to support accurate reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Inter CA (Chartered Accountant - Intermediate) required.
• 67 years of solid experience in Core Accounting.
• Mandatory experience within a Stock Broking firm.
• High proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, daily book-keeping, and finalization of accounts.
• Oversee bank, exchange, and client-level reconciliations for broking operations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax filings; ensure SEBI/Exchange reporting accuracy.
• Lead preparation for statutory, internal, and concurrent audits.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and cash flow statements for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: Manage the general ledger, daily book-keeping, and finalization of accounts.
• Reconciliations: Oversee bank, exchange, and client-level reconciliations specific to broking operations.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax filings; ensure all SEBI/Exchange financial reporting is accurate.
• Audit Management: Lead the preparation for statutory, internal, and concurrent audits.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly financial health reports and cash flow statements for the management team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Inter CA (Chartered Accountant - Intermediate).
