Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: Manage the general ledger, daily book-keeping, and finalization of accounts.
• Reconciliations: Oversee bank, exchange, and client-level reconciliations for broking operations.
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax filings; ensure SEBI/Exchange reporting is accurate.
• Audit Management: Lead preparation for statutory, internal, and concurrent audits.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly financial health reports and cash flow statements for management.
