Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites qualified finance professionals to join as Accountant/Finance Analyst in Chandigarh.

You will maintain the general ledger, manage payables and receivables, and reconcile bank transactions to ensure accurate reporting. This role supports statutory filings (GST, TDS, income tax), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and income tax filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for smooth financial operations
• Monitor fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and inventory accounting
• Maintain documentation for financial records and assist in process improvements
• Sound understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial controls
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and exposure to ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams
