Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Manage cost recording
Maintaining Accounts payable function, including registering and checking invoices
Maintaining Accounts receivable function, including preparation and issuance invoices
Handle quarterly and annual closings
Coordinate with tax advisors
Ensure timely bank payments
Ensure timely tax payments and tax reporting
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
