Job summary

AA Stone Impex in India seeks a responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting using Tally Prime, handle sales, purchases, and ledger entries for an export-oriented construction materials business.

The candidate will ensure GST and TDS compliance, prepare monthly MIS, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, coordinate with auditors and banks, and maintain accurate books with supporting documents.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in commerce with 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in export-oriented manufacturing or trading advantageous.
• Strong grasp of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
• Handle sales, purchase, expenses, journal entries and ledger accounting.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
• Handle TDS accounting and related compliance.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and regularly review balances.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables and follow-ups.
• Handle export accounting and export-related records.
• Manage e-Invoice and E-Way Bill accounting requirements.
• Assist in monthly MIS, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and external parties for accounting matters.

AA Stone Impex is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial and statutory compliance for our export-oriented construction material business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
• Handle sales, purchase, expenses, journal entries and ledger accounting.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
• Handle TDS accounting and related compliance.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and regularly review bank and ledger balances.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables and outstanding follow-ups.
• Handle export accounting and maintain export-related financial records and documentation.
• Handle e-Invoice and E-Way Bill related accounting requirements.
• Assist in monthly MIS, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and other external parties for accounting and compliance matters.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts and supporting documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Com / M.Com with 5 years of relevant experience.
