• Prepare MIS, cash flow, budgets, forecasts & financial analysis.
• Monitor working capital, receivables & payables.
• Review project costing, profitability, billing & financial performance.
• Strengthen internal controls & accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act & Ind AS.
• Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.
• Support management in financial planning, cost control & business strategy.

• Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations
• Prepare & review Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements

• Manage GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC & GST Reconciliation
• Coordinate with Statutory/Internal Auditors & Tax Consultants
• Prepare MIS, Cash Flow, Budgets, Forecasts & Financial Analysis
• Monitor Working Capital, Receivables, Payables & Fund Requirements
• Handle Banking, BG, LC, Loans & Working Capital Limits
• Review Project Costing, Profitability, Billing & Financial Performance
• Monitor Collections, Retention Money, Advances & Recoveries
• Strengthen Internal Controls & Accounting Systems
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act & Ind AS
