Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong core accounting skills including general ledger maintenance, journal entry posting, and reconciliation.

• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or financial systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, taxation basics, and compliance in insurance/financial services.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret data and identify variances.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional certifications (CA/CMA) preferred.
• Prior experience in accounting/finance, especially in insurance, banking or financial services.
