The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in GST, TDS and tax compliance, and be comfortable coordinating with internal teams to resolve GST-related issues.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and other GST filings.
• Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records/books and identify mismatches.
• Verify ITC eligibility and follow up for missing invoices.
• Perform GST sales and purchase reconciliation.
• Check GST applicability, rates, HSN/SAC and tax calculations.
• Handle RCM transactions, including GST calculations and ITC.
• Manage GST payments, challans and electronic ledgers.
• Handle GST notices, queries and departmental communications.
• Assist in GST audit, annual return and reconciliation requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented GST & TDS Compliance Executive responsible for managing day-to-day GST and TDS compliance, return filing, reconciliations, tax payments, notices and related statutory requirements. The candidate should have practical knowledge of GST and TDS provisions and be comfortable working with Tally Prime, GST Portal, TRACES and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

GST Compliance

• Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable GST returns.
• Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records/books and identify mismatches.
• Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility and follow up for missing invoices.
• Perform GST sales and purchase reconciliation.
• Check GST applicability, rates, HSN/SAC and tax calculations.
• Handle RCM transactions, including applicable GST calculations and ITC.
• Manage GST payments, challans and electronic ledgers.
• Handle GST notices, queries and departmental communications.
• Assist in GST audit, annual return and reconciliation requirements.
• Maintain proper GST workings, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and customers regarding GST-related issues.

TDS Compliance

• Calculate and verify TDS deductions on various expenses and payments.
• Ensure correct TDS section, rate and threshold limits are applied.
