Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and administrative operations, including office coordination, vendor communication, and record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime, including purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
• Preparing the GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and maintenance of all financial records.
• Coordinate registrations, regulatory documentation, banking activities.
• Monitor compliance due dates and provide financial and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Candidates with prior experience in hospital accounting, including healthcare billing, hospital financial processes, and compliance, will be given preference.

Preferred candidate profile

Good working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Familiarity with hospital billing, patient-related financial processes, vendor payments, and healthcare accounting will be an added advantage.
