Job summary

Midas Fintech Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee accounting, treasury, and financial reporting for the group and investee companies.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, MIS, payroll, and ensure compliance with GST/TDS and other statutory obligations, while coordinating with auditors and banks to drive accurate, timely financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements and ledgers.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor invoices, and reconciliation.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Handle day-to-day banking operations, fund transfers, and payments.
• Oversee and monitor all financial transactions of the Group and investee companies.
• Ensure timely processing of partner payouts and vendor payments.
• Act as the single point of contact between group management and investee companies on all finance-related matters.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for the Group and investee companies.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Prepare, monitor, and control budgets; track variances against actuals.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and forecasts.
• Manage salary processing, reimbursements, and related statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely TDS, GST, and other statutory payments and filings.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
