Recex is seeking an Accountant in Sector 5, Salt Lake to handle data entry, ledger maintenance, and ledgers management. You will input financial data, maintain records, and support accounts payable/receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication, with responsibilities spanning reconciliation and GL oversight to ensure accurate financial reporting. On-site duties at Salt Lake location.

Position- Accountant

Location- Sector 5, Salt lake

Salary:- 10-15k Ctc

• Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Accurately input financial data into accounting systems.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers and journals.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Assist in processing invoices, verifying financial data, and maintaining accounts payable records.
  • Support in preparing bills and managing customer accounts.
• Reconciliation:
  • Help reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy.
• General Ledger Management:
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Help monitor and analyse accounting data

Skills:

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally,), MS Excel, and other financial tools.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
