Kumar Ashwani & Associates in Jalandhar invites an experienced Accountant to join our team. The role involves maintaining books for multiple clients, GST and TDS compliance, and finalisation of accounts using Tally Prime and MS Excel.

You will support tax return filings, audits, and MIS reporting while coordinating with clients to ensure timely data delivery. Please apply if you have 3–5 years of CA firm experience and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a CA firm.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and finalisation of accounts.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients in Tally Prime and other accounting software.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle GST reconciliations.
• Calculate TDS, file TDS returns and issue TDS certificates.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and party-wise reconciliations.
• Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Support Income Tax return filing and tax audit work.
• Prepare MIS reports and summaries for clients in MS Excel.
• Coordinate with clients for data, documents and query resolution.
• Assist the audit team during statutory and internal audits.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at our Jalandhar office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients in Tally Prime and other accounting software
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle GST reconciliations
• Calculate TDS, file TDS returns and issue TDS certificates
• Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and party-wise reconciliations
• Assist in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Support Income Tax return filing and tax audit work
• Prepare MIS reports and summaries for clients in MS Excel
